Even this snowman looked chilly posing on South Center Street in Grove City this week as temperatures dropped and fluffy white has continuously fell from the sky. With the amount of snowfall this week, perhaps his owners will make him a friend. Grove City Memorial Park's fountain is working strong, but seems to have developed an iceberg.
