Richard W. “Stretch" Conley II, Fredonia, died unexpectedly at 8:11 p.m. April 12, 2010, in the emergency room of Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was 52.
Mr. Conley was born June 21, 1957, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to Wilda Wise and Richard W. Conley.
Richard graduated from Reynolds High School in 1976. He worked for Con-way Central Express in Lordstown, Ohio, for 15 years as a truck driver.
He was a member of Central Community Church, Pymatuning Township.
Richard enjoyed motorcycles and riding his Harley. Most of all, he loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by: his wife, Rhonda Fry Conley, whom he married Feb. 2, 1979, at home; his mother, Wilda Disbro and her husband John, Pinetop, Ariz.; his father, Richard W. Conley, Transfer; two sons, Richard W. Conley III and his fiancee Megan O’Conner, Grove City; and Randy Conley and his wife Erin, Denver; three sisters, Katrina Conley, Dallas, N.C.; Karriss DeTullio and her husband Dustin, Greenville; and Kenzie Smith, Sharpsville; a brother, Russell Conley and his wife Mary, Transfer; four grandsons, Richard Conley IV, David Conley, Ayden Kilpatrick and Gavin Conley; and a granddaughter, Brynn Conley.
Celebration of life at 4 p.m. Sunday (4-18-10) at Central Community Church, 3571 N. Hermitage Road, Pymatuning Township, with Pastor Phillip Beck officiating.
Cremation by John Flynn Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., Hermitage.
