SHARON —
Donald Lloyd Seeman of 895 Scrubgrass Road, Findley Township (Mercer), passed away at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, in the hospital at Sharon Regional Health System, Sharon. He was 85.
Born Aug. 5, 1928 in Altoona, Pa., he was a son of Albert C. Seeman and Leota G. Cooper.
On April 25, 1947, he married Mary Charmain Trimer Seeman.
He was employed at Sharon Steel Corp.'s former Farrell plant as a pickler.
He was of Protestant faith.
He is survived by his wife, at the residence; five children, Donald L. Seeman Jr. and his wife Janet, Edinboro; Sharon A. Crowe and her husband Russell, in Royal Center, Ind.; Dean L. Seeman and his wife Olivia, Hanover, Pa.; Patricia A. Seeman, Hermitage; and Jewel M. Tunstall and her husband Joseph, New Cumberland, Pa.; one sister, Betty I. Robison and her husband Earl, Croydon, Pa.; and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Albert Seeman; one grandson, Michael Seeman; and one granddaughter, Mary Ann Crowe.

Private funeral services were held in Cunningham Funeral Home, inc., 144 S. Pitt St., Mercer, with the Rev. James Kennelley, pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Mercer, officiating. Burial: All Saints Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
