GROVE CITY —
Catherine Elizabeth Hubert Biles of 301 S. Broad St., Apartment 801, Grove City, passed away quietly at 11:46 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, in her apartment of natural causes. She was 77.
Mrs. Biles was born Dec. 25, 1935, in Elizabeth, Pa., to Frederick James Hubert and Catherine Green Hubert.
She was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith. Catherine enjoyed reading.
Her husband, Robert Grant Biles, whom she married Nov. 27, 1953, died Jan. 17, 1997.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Balog, Mansfield, Texas; and Laurie, wife of Patrick Hogan, Mercer; a son, Robert Biles, Fredonia; two sisters, Rosemary Marie, wife of Raymond Sapp, Grove City, Ohio; and Ruth Ann Hubert, San Antonio; and nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Biles was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Cynthia Sue Minteer.
Calling hours were Sunday (2-10-13) in Cunningham Funeral Home Inc., Mercer.
Funeral service was Sunday in the funeral home, with the Rev. Eric M. Peters, pastor of Fredonia Presbyterian Church, officiating.
