GROVE CITY —
Dorothy M. Mulqueen, a resident for 11 months at Trinity Living Center, formerly of Park Street and Collegeview Towers, all Grove City, passed away at 12:55 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, in Trinity Living Center, after a two-month illness. She was 96.
Mrs. Mulqueen was born May 20, 1916, in Grove City to Thomas and Mae Allen Faull.
She was a homemaker and formerly was a sales clerk for the former Barnes Dress Shop, Grove City.
As a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City, she belonged to the XL Sunday school class for many years.
Her husband, Thomas Mulqueen, whom she married in 1942, passed away June 30, 1971.
Surviving are: three children, Carol Royle; and Karen McKnight and her husband Tom, all Grove City; and Kathy Whitesell, Gettysburg, Pa.; six grandchildren, Scott Royle, High Point, N.C.; Michelle Schied, Queensberry, N.Y.; Todd Royle, Denver; Lori Moore, Sharon; and Amy Hedegore and Kevin McKnight, both Grove City; and 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Elsie Buxton; five brothers, Donald, William, Thomas, Allen and Harold Faull; and a granddaughter, Janet McKnight McIntosh.
Calling hours were Monday (1-14-13) in Cunningham Funeral Home Inc., Grove City.
Funeral service was Monday in the funeral home with the Rev. Amy Worline, chaplain of Trinity Living Center, Grove City, officiating.
Interment in Crestview Memorial Park Inc., Pine Township.
