Registered nurse has a brother in Volant

BROOKFIELD — Richard “Rick” B. White of Brookfield Township passed away unexpectedly at 1:48 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, in his residence. He was 56.

Mr. White was born June 2, 1956, in Sharon to Harold L. and Treva Wilson White.

Rick worked as a registered nurse for UPMC Horizon, Farrell, from 1974 to 1999.

He graduated in 1974 from Hickory High School, Hermitage, then in 1985 from Youngstown State University as a registered nurse.

Rick enjoyed making crafts, drawing and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Surviving are a sister, Cheryl Davis and her husband Alvin Davis Jr., Sharpsville; a brother, William H. White Sr. and his wife Charlene, Volant; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service was Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. C. Charles Eckles, pastor of I.H.S. Gospel Ministries, Hermitage, officiating

Cremains in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage.
